Once, traveling by electric train from Moscow, I was staring at the railroad. My gaze was moving smoothly over the straight rail, up until the railway points have broken that movement and diverted my gaze to countless unfamiliar directions. I have chosen one randomly and kept staring at this point, without looking around. The speed was great, and the movement on this road continued until my gaze hit a dead-end siding in form of a cross.
