"Let everything that has breath praise the Lord". Psalm 150:6
A quiet windless weather. A beam of light shines to show the silently falling snow against the bottomless darkness of the sky. The space sows billions of snowflakes, having not existed before, but born anew, unique by their outlines - being a consequence of the "beginnings" affecting them. Each snowflake is an envoy of heavens; born there it falls down to our Earth, to melt and again return to life, but in a different form. Being a metaphor of sleep, oblivion, transience of terrestrial life, it reminds of temporariness of human existence. The metaphysical dualism of the falling and rising snow immerses one in contemplation and existential reflections... The silent flight and easy fluctuation of snow is broken by the sound of a bell, its voice noted by particular richness and power, symbolizing the divine voice preaching the truth and calling to a prayer. The function of a link between heaven and earth assigned to the bell makes it associated with a symbol of the supreme creative force, reminding of the course of time and the hour of death... The movement of snow and the sounds of the bell create an image of space where man placed in it becomes a living soul through the breath of our Lord.
